OSMO - natural colors for wood

OSMO wood coatings are made from natural oils and waxes: sunflower oil, carnauba, candelilla wax, linseed, soybean and safflower oil. The oil preserves the quality of the natural, raw composition of the wood. The coatings are natural, environmentally friendly and safe. The pigments are approved for use in the food industry. Based on purified, edible raw plant materials.

The binding agents in OSMO coatings are based on natural vegetable oils that penetrate deep into the wood and protect it from the inside.

Oils fill the pores of the wood and protect it from the penetration of water that damages the wood. However, they do not form an airtight film. The wood remains microporous and absorb and release water without harmful consequences. Microporous wood can breathe and improve air quality. Due to its antistatic properties, it is very good for people with allergies.
